How many lbs do you loose when you colon cleanse?

I am doing a colon cleanse before i start a fairly large diet [at least 50 lbs by august!] and i was wondering what the colon does and how many pounds on average that you might loose. thanks!

The colon is what carries your crap from your intestines to your brown eye. Or the corn cannon, whichever you prefer. I heard that you can lose up to 12 lbs this way. That’s a lot of crap to carry around, eh?
