WHAT ARE SOME INEXPENSIVE WEIGHT LOSS CENTERS?

    Low calorie diets are a great way to create a slow metabolism. If your ultimate goal is to create a slow metabolism than a low calorie diet is the way to go…………………I seriously doubt you are looking for a slow metabolism ;). I found a great video on youtube that explains what happens to your body on a low calorie diet
    I hope this discourages you from cutting your calories way back to lose weight!!

    I personally think these are a waste of time..
    I used to have the fattest stomach. Here’s a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before…
