    i use Ventones.com
    their online tools
    phone uploader
    they send the file in a messaje
    its really east and free

    I would use myxertones . com (without the spaces).
    You search for the song / artist that you want, they come up with results for you, you can preview and choose the one you like, and enter your phone number. Myxtertones then sends you the ringtone in a text message.
