How to lock ringtones when sending it to only one person?

You know how you buy ringtones and its locked meaning you can’t send it or share with another and just stays in your phone and it can only be deleted, can you lock self-made ringtones into your cell phone? Is there a software for this? Help please. I just want to send ringtones from my PC to my phone without some else coping from my phone by bluetooth.
