From all the people I’ve ever talked to, Ozone colonics tend to produce by far the best results. Unfortunately, it’s sometimes difficult to find someone offering them. However if you do, beyond getting the best effects, they are also completely harmless (provided they are done by a good doctor, hence why the procedure is not widespread).
If that doesn’t float your boat, do what the naturopath’s advocate and eat a purging diet (ie. lots of fiber).

FIber. About 30-35 g of dietary fiber daily will cleanse you pretty well.
Anything else is unnecessary, a waste of money, and only makes you feel bad.
