How do you set separate ringtones for contacts on a Sony Ericsson W580i?

I am NOT looking for custom ringtones. I just want different rings for different people. For example, when a coworker calls, I want it to have a regular telephone ring. For calls from friends, I would like to set them to have a melodic ring. Is this even possible on the W580i?

first go to your address book. go to the person. on the right hand side click more. select ‘edit contact’. go over to the right twice to the middle option. go down to the second option. click ‘add’ then sound and pick a ringtone

not even you can separate by group.
First, you have to go to File manager>Music>RingTunes> and then get the ringtone you wanted and then press the right button which you can see *MORE* and then go down to Use As….and then select…
