It’s a con. It won’t help your metabolism, and you don’t have lbs and lbs of undigested stuff in your bowels.
It’s also known as an enema. A tube goes up your bum, warm salty water goes in you until you’re uhh “full” and then the tube is removed and you let it all out.
No, I’ve never gone for that. It doesn’t seem too appealing.
